Dogs are welcome in the biggest BergErlebnis in the Alps and they travel free of charge. Numerous hiking trails tempt you to head out on dog-friendly excursions. Dogs have to be kept on a lead.

Enjoy a barrier-free summer in the mountains. Carriage of wheelchairs, bicycles and prams is free on Bergbahn Scheffau.

Wilder Kaiser – Brixental summer cable cars open up all kinds of options for action-packed mountain adventures to nature-oriented athletes like me:
with over 700 km signposted hiking paths and views to 70 three-thousand metre mountains, the views are just staggering. Particularly recommended are the circular and altitude hiking paths on the mountain that are individually and conveniently accessible via the respective cable car.
Tip: If I want to be kind to my joints, I hike up the mountain, then use the cable cars to head back down into the valley, to ‘save my knees’!
